so austin and i have been looking at houses lately and we finally found one we both really enjoyed...now we just have to convince someone to finance it...the thing is, we would be approved in December, but that's after the tax credit...but maybe it's not the tax credit we should be worried about. any way, hopefully we can find more like this in the area if it's not still there...wish us luck! take a look at it.
