with our recently catastrophes (broken washer, new tires for BOTH cars, new battery) we have been a little strapped. what has kept us going was a few surprise bonuses. however, they only lasted so long. well, today are weekly daycare check was due and we just didn't have the money. so after about 2 minutes of talking with the director i finally said "i'm sorry, but we have had some financial catastrophes this month and we're really strapped. is it okay that we pay you 2 weeks on thursday?" GUESS WHAT!?!?! she said sure no problem. it wasn't even an issue for her. amazing what just asking will do for you.
